Oh Pink I'm sorry to hear this - congrats on your twin boys, but I know this is not what we were hoping for.
12-18 months unless you have a c-section, then they may want you to wait 24 months. They will often be able to dial it in a lot closer for you because they will understand how the surgery went, if the incision and repair was ok, and how much blood you lost.

I'm devastated but will cope with it .this will be three boys for me now and my oldest is a girl aged 4 . I just want her to have a sister
I'm coming 38 so time is not on my side I was thinking of trying again for n April one last time .
When should I buy my plan ?
Thanks

I think you had a plan already, right?? You don't need a new one, just renew the one you had.
Just be sure you have followed your doc's guidelines as what is safe for you to TTC. Most twins will have to come via caesarean so we may need to wait longer. Remember being in late 30's is not as dire as they say - many of us conceived even into our early 40's. :)
