Hello, I'm putting together my meal plan for TTC boy and had a question about my favorite granola which has flaxseeds in it. I was thinking of having that with whole-fat milk as one of the snacks but there were some posts about avoiding flaxseed supplements and flaxseed oil. Should flaxseeds be avoided as well?
Also, can I eat beef every day or even twice a day? That would be wonderful because I'm not such a fan of chicken or pork, and have a tendency to be anemic, but wanted to make sure that's not too much. I'm planning on wild-caught salmon 2x per week too.
