No, and in fact he is saying that it is NOT just the flip of a coin because 106 boys are conceived for every 100 girls and that can not be explained because men make 50-50 X and Y sperm.

This guy is probably not even aware that swaying exists...my experience has been that most researchers in other areas and doctors/medical personell do not even know about the research and science in the area of gender ratio and so they are not good sources of info regarding swaying science.
