Hey everyone! Was wondering if there's a forum to post our sway BEFORE we start swaying ... maybe for review/advice. Would love for someone to take a look at what I'm planning to make sure I'm not totally off base. This would be my second sway after a failed one prior.

Thank you!

If you're a dream member, there's a section called "review my sway." You could either do that or post in the TTC girl section but it may take Atomic awhile to respond. You could also purchase a custom plan which I highly recommend. It was a huge help to me when I swayed. Good luck!

Thank you! I'll look for that. I got the custom sway plan for my last sway, so I'm sticking close to that, with a few adjustments here and there.

Hi JJ
I'm back to sway again after an opposite too.
I've got a custom plan this time and finding it much less stressful.
What are you doing different this time?
For me I'm doing exercise (I didn't last time) and tracking totals to stay in limits- last time just did crash and burn style le and didn't track.
Fx you get your girl xx

Thanks! I'm adding in some supplements this time, (plus Im on an acne med that may help lower T) and I'm going to have to figure out an exercise regimen that won't add muscle. I'm normally a runner but only about 30 min a day. I can't decide if I should do couch potato method, or run longer (but an hour is a bit long for my preference). I'm also considering putting DH on Licorice root, but that's up in the air. And maybe Calcium/Mag for me. Good luck to you!!

JJ, post in either of those spots and I'll see it!

Exercise has gotten such good results that I want you guys to continue it even if you can't get the full 60 6-7 in. While more is better, the results with the exercise are so consistently good that I think it's best for anyone who is already exercising, to continue with that. (now, a person who ISN"T exercising and can only get 30 min a day, I'd still have them skip it, but that is not you). If you're exercising, keep exercising.

Thank you! So, in that case, Ill probably do running + walking to try to get 60 min a day. I gotta change up something. My whole system is in such a routine, I feel I need to mix it up.
