Hi Everyone!

This is my first post and I was wondering if this super greens drink supplement was ok to drink while trying to sway girl? I will add the link. Any help/feedback is really appreciated. Any advice as well on trying to sway pink would be great! I have three awesome boys but would really love to have a little girl. I have been on my girl diet for about two weeks and should be ovulating in the next two weeks.. this is our 3rd month trying to conceive I think I had a chemical pregnancy last month... Can I post my sway diet here for review/feedback? Thank!

DH and I have been trying for three months and I think last month I had a chemical pregnancy. I conceived my first two boys on the first attempt then we tried for number three and I miscarried at 11 weeks then got pregnant with our third son on the next cycle. I am now trying to sway pink But am so lost with all the conflicting information. This is what I am doing so far to sway...

up at 7am drinking raspberry/cranberry tea two or three cup till lunch
Brunch- Greek yogurt and strawberries.
lunch- white rice w/tbl of sour cream, sautéed spinach in red wine vinegar, 1 babybel light cheese, 1 can diet caffeine free coke.
snack- handful of chocolate cover cranberries, 1 babybel light cheese, crystal light raspberry lemonade.
Dinner- white rice, broccoli, chicken, milk to drink (0% organic)
Snack- chocolate nut cluster or choc covered cranberries.

have been doing this for about 2 weeks I am 125 lbs. and 27 I should ovulate in about two weeks any advice??? Should I start exercising again?

Oh and I have been taking...

500mg cranberry
250mg magnesium
800 mcg folic acid
250 mg calcium

thinking about adding vitex and yam root.

The link doesn't work but if it's a health food drink, I'd stay away from it. You're hardly eating much and it seems like you're eating quite a bit of dairy. Are you doing the IG diet? The LE diet for 12+ weeks is what we do here and it has 65-70% success for pink. It's 1500-1800 cals, 30-60g fat, and 50-60 g protein. 2-3 meals per day, no snacking and an overnight fast of at least 12 hours (skipping breakfast accomplishes that). I'd drop the juice and tea as there's too many nutrients that sway blue. I wouldn't do the supplements either other than folic which is okay. We have great results with cardio exercise 60 minutes a day, 4+ days a week. You should look into a custom sway plan from Atomic. She's awesome at helping you to figure things out for your sway.

Thank you! I will readjust my sway! I love tea so that makes me a little sad but if it helps not drinking it than I will cut back for sure. I hate cardio... Is there something else I can do? I am going to start trying to do more of the LE diet.

It does sound like you are following the old style mineral sway stuff which many women here have tried (and got an opposite doing). The LE diet followed by pink swayers is different to this in that it's not focussed on individual minerals but rather overall maternal condition. 12 weeks + is best for the diet. If you are set on ttc this month you can at least try having one attempt at +opk. It's been a very pink friendly strategy and easy to add at the last minute. GL

Should we BD on the 11th then again on the 15 if its a positive OPK or just once at positive OPK? Also should we use SYLK? Should I jump and dump? I heard that its best to go missionary with no O or me do to the fact that contracting may push swimmers farther in? Sorry maybe TMI but any advice for this attempt would be great!

If you hate cardio, then you can skip it but I highly recommend it if you have weight to spare. You could even just walk for an hour a day at least 4 days a week.

You can BD every 4 days or just at pos OPK, not both. If you don't want the stress of taking OPKs then do every 4 days. If you bd the 11th then you'd bd again the 15th. You may luck out and would have gotten a pos OPK the 15th anyway. Sylk decreases odds of conception and if you're just doing one attempt, I'd skip it. You can j&d but this also reduces pregnancy chances. It just depends on how quickly you want to conceive. Whether or not you have an orgasm doesn't matter. It doesn't seem to sway either way. FWIW I had orgasms when I conceived DS1 and DS2 but not with DS3 (and that was with a pink sway too).

Ok great I think I might try just one attempt at positive OPK does that have better results than every 4 days? Anything else I can do for this attempt? I will start walking for an hour 4 days a week then hopefully be able to up the pace. I weight about 125 so I would still like to lose about 5 lbs. I will drop all supplements except folic. Should I be taking baby aspirin? I have been charting me BBT the last few months but was wondering if the drop in temp is supposed to happen the day before O day or a couple days before O day?

I think I answered this elsewhere, I know it's confusing at first not knowing where and how much to post but I do answer every question so from here on no need to double post. :)

If I missed anything in this thread that isn't elsewhere please let me know!
