13/14 week potty shot. Boy? Too soon??

I was supposed to be 14 weeks, but may have been 13. Ultrasound tech was a JERK and I didn't get any good pictures so I'm not 100% convinced. All boy or too soon to tell??

19 weeks but I'm confused why it would still have the three lines? I see they slant towards each other, I'm just doubting because my other boys were no doubt round little turtle heads with obvious scrotums at this point.
