Worse results with Femara than without??

Have they not explained to you what the Femara does?

The Femara actually prevents eggs from developing by blocking estrogen. It prevents your body from making that estroge that causes the eggs to grow for the 5 days you are taking it. This makes your body fight and fight to make estrogen (kind of like a car revving its engine before running a race) but it can't because you're taking the Femara. Then, you stop taking it. Your body makes a big blast of estrogen very quickly and this helps the eggs to develop.

So of course your eggs will be small at this point. This is to be totally expected and nothing to worry about.

You also cannot tell what your lining will be at this point, either. it doesn't matter, because estrogen makes the lining grow, so when you make the estrogen, your lining will grow accordingly as well.

My grandma used to say, when you're looking for something to worry about, you will always find it. :) Everything is as it should be, try not to worry.

Sofull, for what it's worth...we tried for months to get pregnant naturally and weren't successful. My last cycle was on the same dosage/days of Femara as you and resulted in a pregnancy. Trust me when I say that I know how hard it is not to stress (you can ask Atomic how many messages I've sent her over stressing every detail), but try to relax and let your body do what it needs.
