View Full Version : Does it matter at all what the male eats/drinks/does?

My hubby drinks a drink every morning: cider vinegar, turmeric, pinch of salt, baking soda, water.
Also drinks a peppermint tea at bed time. Occasionally works out with weights/cardio. Eats a lot of steak / red meat, yoghurt, cereal etc.

Do you think this will effect a girl sway?

Most of the women here have husbands that don't do anything for a pink sway and still get girls. It matters more what you do so it's totally fine if he doesn't want to participate. Peppermint tea is actually good for him to be drinking.

The vast majority of our hubbies would do nothing to sway and were eating lots of red meat and cereal and stuff (mine was!)

Peppermint tea and cider vinegar may sway pink, baking soda may sway blue, probably all evens out in the end.

(but geez doesn't that upset his stomach? sounds horrible!!)

The only things I really truly feel a high level of confidence in for men and swaying is smoking and jogging/biking. These two things were shown in studies to sway pink and also our experience has totally backed them up with many of our blue swayers (couples that have girls, and want boys) hubbies were doing them, completely out of proportion with our pink swayers even though we have way more pink swayers!

The other things I think may help are Olive Leaf Extract (I really do not have a high level of confidence in this for reasons I can explain if anyone is interested), soy milk and foods, coffee, and alcohol.

Thank you Atomic! Good to know - as changing his diet would be hard I think. He runs a bit but no biking. Oh well. Yea the drink is gross. Is cider vinegar a pink swayer? I used to drink it a lot (had a boy) and stopped with swaying girl!!

There is mixed data on the vinegar. Traditionally it was used for blue sways (supposedly "alkalinized" the body) but when I looked into it, I found that biologically it is impossible to "alkalinize" the body or the CM via diet and additionally cider vinegar lowers blood sugar a LOT. I have stopped using it for blue, but at the same time, I hesitate to use it for pink, either, since it has the reputation for swaying pink. Just a gray area that I cannot recommend it for anyone.
