Based on what I have read, you should O 36 hours after a trigger. So I would BD on trigger day and the day after, but that is just me. Unless you are doing an IUI. Then it should be done 36 hours after trigger shot and the day after I believe if you are doing 2. But I am just guessing. Hope this works for you!!!
