I know this might be an imposible one, and I'm skipping breakfast, and doing only 2 meals a day, but sometimes after a light lunch or if I wanted to add a 3 rd mini-meal, I'm a big fun of starbucks, so I was wondering if any of you have an idea of what I could possibly drink at Starbucks in the LE diet??? And don't tell me black coffee [emoji849]
I'm thinking all the coffe drinks like caramel macchiato or vanilla late have too much milk, even if it's skim. Any ideas? Also eating ideas!! I'm dying for a chocolate chunk cookie [emoji1]
Thanks friends!

I love lattees and machiattios too but I think they have too much milk. Try iced coffee with cinnamon? That's what I switched to but I do miss the milk based drink. And for eating maybe a bagel with strawberry jelly. Starbucks had pretty good plain bagels.

Hi if you google Starbucks they have a page on their website were they tell you the nutritional value of all their drinks and snacks so have a look and choose something that fits into your daily totals and you won't feel you are missing out.

If you treat it like a whole meal/snack and take it into account in your cals, pro, fat for the day, you can have Starbucks, sure.

Another option is to get smaller than you usually do. Many times we get a larger size and are satisfied with the smaller one, and could for example have a small latte and cookie, eat half the cookie, and the craving is satisfied and u still have a half a cookie waiting for you the next day!!

Thanks atomic! I'm not snacking in my diet. Try to stick to 2 medium/normal meals a day. But some day I will cave! I miss lattes too much!
