Sadly the below attempt ended with a mmc, but hopefully we can try again soon.
Well I got my bfp today! So I thought I better get down what I did, what I didn't and what I was planninig to do lol. This may be a half post as DH due in and gonna keep it quiet for a while, theres enough going on around here atm lol.
Diet - Xmas, so plenty of everything, meats, strong cheese, potatoes, bananas. Possibly too much sugar, this is my biggest worry. Steady weight gain for the past 3 months.
Ions - Full moon. Coldest winter on record.
Timing - Possibly a 2-4 day bd cut off. I couldn't risk day of OPK as I'm sure I fire eggs like bullets so +opk means missed the boat.
Supps - Religiously took heaped teaspoonful of bee pollen every day fo 3 months and a heaped teaspoon full of wheatgrass for 6 weeks (that stuff is hard to eat, like eating dust!! lol) 120mcg of FA daily. Drank 1 cystitis medicine (similar to asg) night of ovulation (don't know what good that done lol, but thought I'd list it)
Drinks - Full fat cola, lemonade (well it was xmas lol) Strong tea.
What else is there?
Positives - I conceived my last son around this exact time of year. Biorythyms say strong boy time for me.
Negatives - I'm sure I developed thrush just before ovulation.
