I'm very confused. I thought a part of doing the LE diet meant that a lot of white empty carbs would be in place of other food groups. I was reading somewhere else in the chain that it could cause blood sugar levels to remain high which is blue friendly. Hoping I haven't done this wrong for the last three months. 😞

I think it's only if you have PCOS that it's a concern.

Most people do well with white carbs, a large minority need to change their carbs to be from whole grains, fruit, and veg instead.

Atomic should we be eating our protein without the carbs where possible? So like having salad with chips for lunch and then later on a bean dish (protein) with salad? Or does this not matter? I've been mixing it all up but suddently thought maybe that's keeping my blood glucose levels up for longer by mixing the carbs and protein?

NO. Worrying about protein and carbs is for blue swayers, not pink. It would be challenging to say the least to try and on top of everything else, start worrying about having protein and carbs together (and that is not at all the way pink mamas eat anyway!!)
