Is this fibre ok?

Hi all I bought this fibre today and just wanted to check it was ok as I haven't heard f anyone else using it!

Also how often and how much should I take?

I would try to find one without the added stuff in it if at all possible.

With fiber, just do one tablet or serving of the powder shortly before any meal containing fat or fat soluble nutrients like A, D, E (usually skim dairy is when people do that) You do not need to get up to the huge amounts on the bottle, those are for people using them for health issues.

I notice the added things are just fruit and veg related so wasn't sure! I think they accept returns so I'll try take tjem back, oops!

It also has probiotics which is my main concern. :)
