Unsure what to do.help please !

I'm in the uk and I cannot find saw palmetto tablets anywhere.only capsules which contain gelatine.is it best for me to leave the saw palmetto out of my sway(not lowering testosterone)or take the softgel kind containing gelatin(which sways boy) I'm so unsure.could somebody knowledgeable help me decide please.

i dont take saw palmetto just the other supps incl agnus castus! but if you do still want to take saw palmetto i know Solgar do a veggie cap one but not sure if this is the right one

you could always take the powder out of the capsules and discarde them and either mix the powder with a little liquid and drink it down or mix it to a bit of yogurt???

The tiny amount of gelatin in the capsule would prob not be enough to alter your T levels?

I've bought a couple of brands of Saw Palmetto in the UK! I felt these worked the best:

They all have a tiny bit of geletin in them and you don't need to worry about that.

The tiny amount of gelatin in capsules does not matter for your sway. The blue swayers drink a LOT more gelatin than that.
