Hello everyone so today I am 4 dpo have been feeling ok a little sore boobies and a headache and a few cramps was thinking may be this was not my month, but this morning after what it seemed I started smelling everything in my house and started throwing up. So has this happened to anyone of you so soon and been pregnant?? I never throw up unless I'm pregnant.

4dpo is too early for symptoms like that. The embryo wouldn't have implanted yet. It sounds like you might be getting sick. You could certainly have conceived this cycle but I just don't think the throwing up is from that. Do you temp? Is it possible you ovulated earlier than you thought?

Hmm I've looked it up and seen many ladies with the same question as me and they turned up to be pregnant they where 4 dpo too. So I guess time will tell. Thanks

I hope you are indeed pregnant Desi! However, 4dpo is too early for symptoms of pregnancy since the blastocyst hasn't had a chance to implant yet raising hormone levels. Unless you ovulated earlier and are farther along than 4dpo. Cycles that cause symptoms like this are often cycles that you make higher hormone levels that mimic pregnancy symptoms. This can happen in both pregnancy cycles and non-pregnancy cycles.

🤞🏻so hard for you!!

A lot of women don't ovulate when they think they did so they think they are 4 DPO when they're really 10 or something like that. :)

I have had nausea in the LP in some months when I wasn't pregnant and in fact couldn't have possibly been. Some evidence indicates that a month when you're really hormonal may be more likely to end in pregnancy - so it may be that both things are true - in a month when you've made very high levels of hormones, you are experiencing nausea from the hormones, but at the same time because of the hormones you may end up being more likely to conceive that month as well!

No matter what, good luck and blue dust!
