I am now 7 weeks along after swaying for a little girl. For the past 2 weeks I have had all day nausea. Days will pass that I can't even get out of bed. I never had this rough of a time with any of my 3 boys. Last week I was in the ER for dehydration and I am going entire days with only eating a handfull of cereal or a peice of toast, everything grosses me out. I have lost 10lbs. Has anyone else had this bad of sickness? Any advice or can u tell me when it will end! [emoji27]

I have used and been told to try Unisom and B-6. I take one unisom in the evening and I can function in the day. I am currently 29w and still fighting it. Sorry you are so sick. HUGS

I *think* it is a boy. Long story. It sounds like you need to force yourself to eat, even just a little bit to try to get over the hump. I have used pickles, crackers, lemon drops, peppermint candy, that is all I can think of at the moment. HUGS

This is me also, let's be sick together!! I feel awful and want to sleep but with little one that is not going to happen. I found carbs (plain pasta) increased my energy for about an hour or so. But today I couldn't stomach it. If you come across anything please share. Hope you feel better soon

I'm sorry you're feeling so sick. I had bad morning sickness with my first two boys. With DS1 I survived on Gatorade and popsicles until about 12 weeks or so because it was all I could stomach. I remember trying to eat some cereal once and I immediately threw it back up. With DS2 I was throwing up multiple times a day but I forced myself to eat small bland meals anyway. It's important to not let yourself go too long without eating. I know that's hard though!! I found that I felt less nauseous if I snacked even though food smelled and looked repulsive. I also found ginger candies helped and soda too, particularly coke and root beer. My sickness went away completely at 15 weeks with DS1 and around 20 weeks with DS2. I hope you feel better soon!

Thank you so much ladies! I sadly thankful someone feels my pain. Like I said with all 3 of my sons it was never like this. I woke up threw up once or twice then i would feel better and way less food aversions. Now even the smell of my husband makes me sick i made a blanket barrie between us when we sleep! Lol

I had awful increasing sickness with pregnancy and used Herb Pharm's PhosFood (10 drops in some water, twice a day) and it was like magic. I wish I had started it sooner than I did but I hadn't heard of it until I called crying to my naturopaths!

Jolly Ranchers or any sour candy. Pop one in your mouth first thing in the morning before you even get out of bed.

I know it sounds weird but things like dry toast actually made me violently ill, as did even just water. WAter was by far the worst thing for my morning/all day sickness But I could suck on those sour candies and then I found I had an appetite.

Being hungry actually makes the queasiness way worse. Try to think of ANYTHING you can eat, even if it is just like M and M's or something, and force yourself to eat it, you may toss it back up again but you may find that once you get something in your stomach you feel a lot better.

What do you mean by water issue? Like it makes you sick?

I melted some raw honey in some hot water, added some ice and cold water and sipped that through the day. It helped a lot.

I also did the 1 tsp of raw apple cider vinegar, 1 Tbs honey melted in some warm water, a quart of ice water added and sipped. That worked even better, but it took me a long time to even try it because usually apple cider vinegar makes me gag. The probiotics helped calm my stomach though, when I did try t.

I was able to drink things like soda and lemonade (and someone mentioned popsicles) The combo of cold and sour was really good for me!!!

Thank you for asking! I am still feeling pretty bad, I spend most days in bed and ive been living off rice and veggies and granola bars. Getting sick 1 to 2 times a day. I'm just crossing my fingers the 12 week mark is like 10 days away hoping to see a difference by then [emoji52]

When I went to the ER they said my gallbladder looked pretty bad, so if that is a part of the sickness im probably not going to see a difference
