Hi!

I'm new here and wanted to ask for some vegan meal ideas please. My meals are tending to be beans (red kidney/cannellini/black beans) or lentils with either salad or veg. Any other suggestions? I'm struggling a little as I'm trying to avoid avocados, buckwheat, olives, too many nuts, smoothies and green juices....

I'd especially love to hear any pink sway success stories from anyone who was on a vegan diet, and any opposites so I can get a good idea of how a vegan diet tends to sway.

Thanks ladies! :)

Following as I've mostly been eating potatos, vegetables, and white rice.

I ate a lot of vegan meals (or meals that could easily be made vegan) when I was swaying. I had hummus wraps, peanut butter and jelly, cheese sandwiches (could easily sub soy cheese), bean/rice/salsa burritos and casseroles, tons and tons and tons of baked potatoes with salsa on top, pasta dishes, rice based casseroles like spanish rice, cauliflower and broccoli and asparagus with various sauces (I can make a whole meal out of this), salads with nuts on them, veggie/tofu stir fries, etc. I also had a lot of Morningstar veggie burgers and Amy's vegan burritos when I was traveling. Plus, french fries/sweet potato fries/tater tots.

Thanks Atomic. I guess I've been getting really stuck on things I should avoid, when really I need to limit them rather than avoid them!

Eighme- aren't you struggling to get enough protein and ending up too high on carbs? I used to have green smoothies and green juices, but they would be way too nutrient rich, so I'm struggling unless I eat lots of beans/lentils.

:agree: while most people seem to find it hard to restrict protein, I also had the same prob as you, LA - I could barely get in enough protein!

You can have nuts. They may even help because the kind of fat in them may help sway pink.

Yes! That's my struggle right now. I'm trying to eat more protein dense meals to counter this!
