Atomic has noticed a lot of otherwise good blue sways get opposites and drinking almond milk was common among them. Based on this almond milk is probably good for pink.

Yes, it's fine in LE Diet limits and like Mia mentions, I have actually told blue swayers to drop it (except in moderation) after seeing several otherwise good blue sways make opposites when the moms were drinking lots of almond milk.

I drank Almond milk this time around instead of my usual 1% or skim milk. I even drank caramel flavored Almond coffee creamer in my coffee too.

You can see Atomic's response above! I thought so too but after doing some more investigating I've added it to my afternoon coffee for something different. I drink coffee black, and then drink a cup prior to working out!

That was our original supposition and I believe they still can sway blue as a part of an overall HE Diet but the vegetable based oils that are in things like nuts and seeds have recently been demonstrated to potentially sway pink.
