Ovulation cravings?

Does anyone else get severe ovulation/fertile mertyl cravings? I know for sure I was well into blue territory today(swaying pink).

This happens more so while I'm in my fertile window then while AF is in town.
I had a really horrible eating day today and am feeling horrible for it. 2nd cheat day of the month, what is wrong with me!? Lol

Yes! I get terribly hungry around ovulation and tend to have cravings, especially for desserts. I think it has something to do with the shift in hormones. Don't worry about a cheat here or there! It's sometimes necessary to indulge while swaying.

Oh it's horrible! I get the same way! I either want really sweet foods or tons of carbs! Nothing I eat satisfies me and I feel constantly hungry which isn't normal for me! Trying to get over being so strict and controlling with my diet. I have cheat days and feel horrible about them!

Totally normal, please don't worry about it at all, it happens. Just regroup and move on to the next day.
