Hair loss in LE diet

I'm asking lots of questions lately, sorry about that [emoji4]
I've noticed for the last couple of weeks lots of hair loss. It's been 2 months since I started LE diet, could it be that? Did anyone went through the same? Possible solutions??? Thanks!

Yes I noticed some hair loss while on LE. It wasn't a ton to the point of bald spots but I did notice more shedding than usual.

I've also noticed this. I do shed quite a lot anyway, but it seems to be even more so since being on this diet. I'm afraid I don't know any solutions though - as ksmom said, it hasn't been so bad as bald spots so I haven't given it too much thought.

The vast majority of people who have hair loss have either been pregnant recently or on birth control (or have a thyroid issue but usually we know about that in advance) In your case it's likely the IVF meds. These hormonal medications, 2-8 months after we have been using them, cause this thing called telogen effluvium where you lose a lot of hair all at once and then it all starts to regrow. It's annoying but harmless.

Done correctly, the LE Diet should not cause hair loss (but possibly the change in hormones MAY contribute to it to some extent).
