It's been awhile since I've had to look at a sonogram but that looks like shins and a view from the front of the legs, to me

Possibly? It's hard to tell. It could be a hand? My son's sonogram was so obviously boy so it's hard for me to tell!

That dot in the middle could be anything. Hand, Cord, gender. There is no way to tell from this pic.
