Just wanted to update: I had a miscarriage this week and a D&C. Any advice on where to go from here would be appreciated. I still want to sway for a girl. Just wondering if I should change anything from this sway? Add anything or take anything away? And when should I try to get pregnant again? Thanks everyone for your help through this.

Oh I'm so terribly sorry Megan.

If you have doc's ok I'd try to catch the first egg, or if not, the second. That may sway pink for you.

I would ditch the saw palmetto and absolutely, completely, and totally drop Lydia Pinkham - that stuff is bad juju.

Thanks Atomic!
Doctor said to wait one cycle. Which I hate to do... I may take the ovulation tests just to see if I even ovulate this month. See how I feel. I just don’t want to end up having another miscarriage.
I have dropped everything and am only taking folate. I take Zyrtec for seasonal allergies, should I stay off that too? I’m going to add iron to boost my lining, and I order olive leaf extract for my husband based off your excellent post about ttc after miscarriage. I am starting LE diet tomorrow, meals prepped for the week. Hopefully the few pounds I put on will easily come off.
I really loved being pregnant and am so anxious to be able to start again.

Thanks again for all your help and support!

Play it by ear, see how you feel. most of the advice to wait is not super strict, it's just in case thinking.

Zyrtec is fine if you need it for allergies, would not want to take it just for swaying though.

Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any more questions!
