Did E4D last month purely because I thought it would reduce my stress etc
Bfn
But have bitten the bullet and bought some ovulation strips

I also have an old box of clear blue ovulation tests which I never got round to using when we were trying for my son

So this was done today, I'm right in thinking this is a negative?
Will it be obvious when it's positive?

Also if I do get a positive shall I also test with the clear blue? To be doubly sure it's positive?

Thanks ladies!

I think that's a negative. The line should be darker than the test line. In this case is not

I also think that's negative. I'd be looking for the line to be as dark or darker than the control line.

With regards to double checking with the clear blues I think that's a personal preference. For me, if the cheap strips are picking up your surge and your ok using them just go with that. Introducing another type of opk may well end up adding more stress (what if that don't match? which is best? etc) rather than providing reassurance.

Yes still negative. I agree about mixing and matching with the Clearblues - while some people like to do this, I find it only adds confusion and stress for people.

But I DO want you to do every 4 days after the attempt at positive just in case of a faker. and when in doubt, have attempt even if the test is not positive all the way yet.
