Peppermint tea for hubby?

I read the old essay that said 4 cups a day for dh when swaying girl I'm sure this has changed now just wanted to know if it's still known to help sway if he drinks some?

He'll probably only drink one a day (which I'm doing every other day till o anyway because I like it) just wanted to know if the results have still been good?

No actually if you use pep tea for hubby that is the dose! but if he can't get up to the full 4 cups, any may help. I can't tell you if it is as good of results, we do not have the data to be able to say that - but I doubt one is as good as 3-4.

Is there any benefit in me drinking it? Not that I mind because I like it anyway, just curious :)

Possibly, but pep tea for you comes with a downside in that it can mess up your cycle, delaying or even stopping ovulation, and additionally it seems to reduce odds of conception even when it doesn't mess up people's cycles. And the results have not been anywhere close to enough for me to think that it's really justified all the trouble it had caused.
