OK. I have never had problems conceiving or with my cycle or anything until recently. Hear me out please.

1st kid: BD several days in a row, pregnant first cycle. Had a boy. 32 day cycles.
2nd kid: BD only at +OPK, pregnant first cycle. Had a girl. +OPK was on CD20, I had 35ish day cycles then.
TTC 3rd kid: I just got a very close to +OPK. Looked like the one I took with my 2nd pregnancy. BUT my cycles the past few months have been 37-40 days! And today is only CD13 or 14 (I had a spotty period so I don't know what to count as my official CD1). There is no way I could be O'ing right now if I have 39 day cycle!

I actually wasn't going to start testing until 3 days from now. The only reason I did today was bc I was having that fullness feeling when I sit down I get when I am O'ing, EWCM, increase in sex drive, etc. , but it usually does not happen this early in my cycle.

I am swaying for a girl so I only want 1 attempt.

Will likely BD tonight but I guess I am just looking for advice on is something wrong with me fertility wise? I am happy but confused right now sitting here.

Also I am 32 if that matters.

3rd TTC cycle.

I doubt there's anything wrong with your fertility. 37-40 day cycles are well within the norm and if you're swaying, expect changes anyway. Sometimes our bodies are able to ovulate sooner and that's okay. Swaying pink caused me to ovulate earlier each cycle and I know lots of ladies here have it change their usual O dates too. I would have an attempt once the OPK is positive. Good luck and pink dust!

Well, you COULD actually be Oing today (or the other day) because your cycle is not set in stone and it can change. So you could have a 39 day cycle one month and then the very next have a 28 day one!!

You did exactly right by BDing (if you did) and if you didn't, BD NOW!

There is nothing wrong with you at all whatsoever. Cycles change. The only thing "wrong" is just that the conventional wisdom implies that they don't but what is going on with you is all entirely normal.

I ended up BDing the night of the close to positive but it was a dark positive the next morning and entire next day. Went negative 2 days after we BD'd so for me that usually means we attempted 2 days before O. So I hope that was enough. Just so weird! But my cycle was so late last month, maybe my body was trying to get back into a rhythm? Who knows.
