Hi ladies,
First of all, my english is not so good, sorry for that.
My hubby and i Will take a try to ttc a boy. I would like your advice to increase our chances.
I Am taking now fish oil, folic acid and multivitamines. I try to avoid calcium and All others that can decrease my PH value. We dont smoke or drink. And hubby lifts weights day by day. Hè is very Athletic. Hubby is also taking fish oil. When can i start drinking baking soda to raise PH?. What do you think? Do we have a bigger chance to sway blue by taking this supplements?
I've read to have bd by positive opk+ and the day after twice (morning and evening)
I am wondering if i have to get up straight away after bd or its better to stay in bed for a while?
And what kind of position is friendly to sway blue?
End of june i had a mc. After that i had a regular cycle. Does that have negative effect to sway blue?
