Making swimmers

Dh has been using hcg for around 5 weeks now. If he hopefully has started making some sperm, would painkillers and antibiotics affect them/our sway? He was only them both for over a week, the antibiotics longer.

Some guys can just shake that stuff off and others are really affected by it. There is just no way to know down to the individual level where he is on that spectrum, I'm sorry.
