I feel like I'm constantly snacking some days. I don't go over my limits often but I find myself grazing quite a bit and also having things I shouldn't be happen pretty often, It's never really anything detrimental but more like if I make my son pizza I pick at it or eat a few of his fries that he doesn't finish. I'm still losing weight slowly and It never really puts me over my limits but I still feel guilty about it and makes me feel like I'm totally messing up my sway. I'm not sure why I have such a lack of control lately

I know this feeling. I think as long as you stay in your limits try to be easier on yourself. I've read atomic advise people to allow themselves 3 or even 4 meals a day sometimes if snacking as a real problem. Maybe try that?
The no snacking rule is the worst and I'm totally with you by picking a lot too and then feeling really guilty and fed up. Not really advise but I think diets which are long term like this one need a few cheats to be sustainable.

If you're not over your limits and you mess up with the snacking now and then, just let it go and don't beat yourself up over it. It's not ideal but the important thing is that you're eating differently than you were when you got your son. :)

:agree: Yes bobster exactly - what really helps and what I think best is that you guys add in another meal instead of trying to be good and ending up snacking anyway. So add in a third or fourth meal or even a 5th one but try to eliminate the all day grazing that so many of us seem to do.

Thank you both so much for the responses. Things have been a little hectic/busy and there were times that I'd have a meal prepared and never got to eat it in one sitting. That's my biggest issue I feel, but I guess it's just mom life. Never being able to eat your food hot! I'm definitely eating differently then I did when I conceived my son! Fingers crossed! It's getting closer to Ttc, I just hope I'm doing the and best that I can without being too crazy about it! Haha
