I had a failed sway attempt about 2 years ago. I had a weird thing where I was pregnant, miscarried, and then conceived again with leftover HCG in my system. I have stopped breastfeeding and got my first pp period. My spouse is not really on board but I think he can be swayed for one more baby.
Anyone 2 years ago it had started to change from 6-7 days of 60 minutes of cardio to maybe even 4 being beneficial? The le diet was best? Is that still the case? Or have things changed with new research? Thanks much.

Welcome back! Things are pretty much the same as two years ago. I swayed back then too and most of the same things are still recommended. LE diet, 60 min cardio 4+ days per week, fiber, alcohol, coffee, one attempt, and clomid/femara are all still good tactics. If your DH isn't really on board with another, you could just go vegetarian for the time being then do LE once you start TTC. Maybe even try PCOS version of LE this time if you did traditional LE last time. Try to get Clomid or femara if you can too!

The main thing we've changed is that we are putting more emphasis on the things that actually work and ditching the stuff that hasn't (even right from the start for some people.)
I still believe the 60 6-7 is going to give best results. I do feel we have seen a slight decline in the success of exercise as more people do only mod. exercise but I can't be sure about that, may be a coincidence.
LE Diet for 12 weeks or longer plus fiber, coffee, and alcohol (and of course folate or folic acid) has gotten best results but I do have anyone who has had a sway opposite in the past go onto the alternate PCOS-type diet (you can do this even if you do not have PCOS) https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/9052-swaying-under-special-circumstances-part-3-pcos.html
One attempt in fertile window OR every 4 days. Most will start off with one attempt and then over time if you don't get pregnant go to the e4d.
For hubby, OLE 500-1000 mg daily started right away and continued till BFP and then gradually weaned off at BFP has seemed to possibly help, and soy milk 12-48 oz a day. I no longer think the LR is worth it for those who have a sway opposite already. Smoking both regular and "special" tobacco has seemed to sway pink as has jogging/biking.
Clomid or Femara if you can get them has been a consistently good sway tactic for us.
