So much going on. I was very symptomatic my first pregnancy in the TWW even though I knew nothing about what I should be experiencing. I also never expected for it to happen right away but I was one of those people that just knew I was pregnant. Second go around wasn't so much like that though and frankly I don't remember the TWW and if I had an inkling or not. I just had my first attempt 12 days ago at a positive OPK. I truly was having a lot of things similar to my first pregnancy and then it stopped. I've been testing since 8DPO (I got positives at 10dpo first time, 8DPO second time) but have gotten negatives. I don't feel pregnant and pretty positive at this point I'm out this month now even though I'm 11dpo.
Well, in my TWW I broke some rules thinking it would help encourage my odds. I ate almonds a few days a week, even some chicken nuggets bc I was starved and my son didn't finish his, and only worked out 4 days a week instead of 6. One day I went way over my calories due to stress.
With all of that history (if you've made it through LOL) I'm wondering if I've thrown my sway down to the toilet for next cycle. Oh, and the overanyzling. I'm worried me obsessing over this TWW will screw up my chances. I fell preg first try with both which is why I slipped a bit. This Sunday will mark 17 weeks I believe following LE.
Any advice is appreciated!
