Hi.I'm just trying to put my plan together as DH is seeming more on board this time and we may TTC sooner than originally planned.my question to you would be.in your opinion what would be the best possible plan for TTC a girl.eg which diet do you advise ? What timing method ? Which jel ? Taking into account that you don't know how things work for me,I'm just curious as to what you think the best plan would be.my 5 boys were all conceived with frequent BD through O.without DH doing anything to help our sway.I think this time he would do whatever ask as we both understand this will be our last child.aci jel works great for my PH ( which naturally before the diet is between 4 and 4.5 and never raised above 4.5 through O) only after natural BD when it went up into the 5s.the thing that worrys me Is I would do whichever diet 100% easily as I'm really that commit but DH refuses as he is very fussy eater already.I know I could get him to take the supps etc.I'm really just trying to get a plan clear in my head as at the moment I'm very confused about all the different methods of timing/diet etc.i would just add that in an ideal world I would be pregnant within 6 months as I know I would get impatient and end up messing up the sway.hope this all makes sense.thank you

I'd be surprised if Atomic didn't recommend the LE diet most lol :)

An overview of a lot of different sways inc. my "preferred" sway can be found here:

I would do diet (and as Rainbow says, I recommend LE diet but you can do IG or FGD if you prefer.) for you and not worry about DH on that front - science indicates that diet is important for the woman, not the man.
Sperm count is what is important for DH. I would give him licorice root if he will take it. How old is he?? If he is 35 or under, you might want to try abstinence instead. You can do abstinence over 35 as well, but just be aware that there may be an issue with lower quality sperm and even an increased risk of birth defects. Your other option would be to have him do frequent release but only use ONE of those releases for insemination. More about those options can be found here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/showthread.php?5636-frequency-of-BD-for-pink-and-blue
I also conceived a boy with a very low pH so I feel ya. If Acijel works for you and you like it, by all means carry on. I usu. tell people to do RepHresh every 3 days and then also do Acijel/Sylk before or after their BD if they want to, but if you like Acijel by itself, that's fine too. More about that can be found here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/showthread.php?1135-Aci-Jel-and-Sylk and http://genderdreaming.com/forum/showthread.php?1066-Complete-guide-to-Replens-and-RepHresh and http://genderdreaming.com/forum/showthread.php?1134-The-lure-of-Lubes

Thank you so much atomic your advice is greatly appreciated.DH is 36 and I am 30.we have 5 sons together and my DH has an older son too.I have the liquorice root supps here and I will ask him to take cran, mag and cal too.also I have ordered the saw palmettO and vitex supps which I will start on CD1.same for DH supps and diet for myself.I've nOt decided which diet to do as of yet I need to look into this more and decide in the next week.I think I will buy some refresh too.lasting 3 days is definitely appealing and sounds great to use for a cut off.thank you again and I just want to say that I have posted again before I had seen this reply but you've kinda answered that question here too.
