When should I start using them.

My cycle is about 32 days with O around day 19.
Should I start testing on day 14 ?

Yes, it's always good idea to start testing few days before O and watch closely other O signs: CM and CP.

It varies. My cycles have been between 29-32days. But the last 3 cycles have been 32 days.

Makes sense to me! You also will be able to see if you have a "fade in" and then you can possibly add in more than one attempt if you want to or else just time your BDs for maximum sperm numbers.
