Main things are one attempt at positive opk, at least 12 weeks on le diet, fiber, coffee, alcohol, 60 minutes of exercise 6-7 days a week, and clomid if you can get it.
Atomic will assist you on what the le diet is and how long you should fast between dinner at and the first meal you eat the following day.

^^What she said.
To elaborate on LE diet it's 1500-1800cals, 50-60g protein, 30-60g fat. Usually it's 2-3 meals a day but you could also do 4 if you feel like you need to. You can eat pretty much whatever foods you like but most ladies go vegetarian just because it's easier to stay within protein limits that way. Avoid fortified foods though, as well as red meat and oats. You don't have to skip breakfast but having an overnight fast of 12-16 hours is good. For example, you could eat dinner at say 6pm then eat again the next morning around 6 or 7am. Definitely take folic acid or folate. It doesn't sway, it's just something you need to take while TTC.

I think Mommy and ks have covered it - thanks ladies!
I know that it's confusing when there are conflicting guidelines but please just ASK about anything that you are wondering about. There is always a reason why we recommend or don't recommend certain tactics and I am always happy to explain.
