So I made a selfmade plan for swaying blue after Reading a lot of forums on This site. l'd like to receive feedback and tips.

Suplements:
Fish oil
Folic acid
Multivitamine for the pregnancy (is including with:
Vitamines
vitamine B1 0,55mg 50%
vitamine B2 0,7mg 50%
vitamine B3 8mg 50%
vitamine B5 3mg 50%
vitamine B6 0,7mg 50%
vitamine B11 (folic acid) 400µg 200%
vitamine B12 1,25µg 50%
vitamine C 40mg 50%
vitamine D 10µg 200%
vitamine E 6mg 50%
minerals:
calcium 200mg 25%
Iodine 75µg 50%
selenium 27,5µg 50%
iron 16mg 114%
zinc 5mg 50%

Diet:
In the Morning:
Egg white with bread or
Whole grain flakes with almond milk or fruit salade

Lunch:
Sandwich with chicken breast

Diner:
It dipends. Trying to make sure its carbs with protine.

Snacks between breakfast,lunch and diner.

Drinks:
Water (with lemon)
Fresh orange juice
V8 (I also can buy this in spain. Yes I am from spain)
Fresh home made smoothie (with fresh spinach, banana, kiwi and almond milk)
Baking soda with lemon (once a day from AF till O)

BD
The night of positive OPK. The Morning after and the same Night. Should I skip a day and BD one more time? I mean like the SMEP method? I was cheating and was taking a look on the website of ingender. The ladies over there are bding once and Thats on the O day. What are the differences between bding once at O or bding at least three times after positive Opk?

Is there something what I can better to avoid in this proces?

Also i want to lift Some Weights.

So This was my plan. Please feel fry to give me your opinion or feedback. I am also wondering what kind of plan u ladies have to Sway blue.

That sounds like a good plan! I've been researching like you trying to make the perfect plan for our next TTC attempt :pregnant: ! I know I've read that atomic is pro full fat dairy so throw in some snacks like : bowl of cereal with milk, full fat cheese, yogurt, nuts (cashews, almonds, Brazil nuts) and some dried fruits or dates!

GL with your blue sway. Looks like you've definitely got most of it sorted.

I noticed the almond milk was mentioned more than once, are you avoiding full fat dairy for any reason? If you can have full fat milk that's what's recommended. There has been a few sway opposites (blue swayers conceiving girls) when drinking large amounts of milk replacers like almond milk.

The IG recommendation to BD once on O day is based in outdated and incorrect info. This idea is based on timing as a sway tactic but timing does not work. There is the same number of girls and boys conceived each day of fertile window. I'd aim for the 3 attempts as you described. GL

I am very afraid to drink full fat milk because I really want to sway blue. On internet I read different experiences about calcium. Can u maybe tell me what the value is of using full fat milk for example?

I also feel guilty because past of couple days I ate a lot chocolate ☹️ I am so afraid that I have now bigger chance to sway pink. It's sounds crazy. I know.

Why don't u try another vegetable instead of tomatoes? Maybe that makes your diet much easier? Good luck hun!

The belief that calcium sways girl is based on a really strange interpretation of one study.

More studies point to overall nutrition yielding more boys. Multiple studies point to full fat dairy improving fertility as well.

Ah, Ingender, the place where terrible sway tactics go to be preserved by history forever.

We have gotten 70-75% for PINK with one attempt. And timing on O Day has been completely and totally debunked by modern science. One attempt on O is a great way to get and girl and NOT to get pregnant at all since O Day is a lower chance of conception. (some blue swayers went on for YEARS not getting pregnant with one attempt at O back when I was on IG) I really, really do urge you to do 2-3 attempts in the fertile window if at all possible.

I would like you on whole eggs and not egg whites. The cholesterol in whole eggs is super good for boys and many of us boy moms (myself included) always ate eggs when we got boys)

We have seen a correlation between high intake of almond milk and opposites with great blue sways so I would ease way back on that. I personally would have you use full fat dairy but it's up to you if you prefer to skip it.

Not a fan of baking soda personally, I'd prefer you did just lemon water.

Everything else is looking good - if you have a hard time with weights, check out Popsugar and Blogilates on You Tube as they have some great exercises that will build muscle mass without having weights to lift.

The best study ever done on maternal diet and baby gender found more BOYS conceived to the women eating the most calcium rich foods. I got 4 boys eating tons of dairy, and 2 of them I was taking supplemental calcium. I dropped all of it to get my girl.

It is fine if you don't want to use dairy, it is up to you. But I really do not want you to drink tons of almond milk instead as we have seen several sway opposites to the ladies drinking lots of almond milk.

I ate chocolate all the time when I got my boys. Foods themselves do not and cannot sway (the idea makes no sense!) People eat chocolate every day and have boys! In fact we use dark chocolate for blue sways!

Thank You so much for giving me your advice. I JUST changed almond milk into fullfat milk. I am also eating several times a week white rice and have a big love for Italian food which i like to eat everything with dough. Hope that would be oké for me

As long as you're eating them WITH some kind of meat or protein foods.

So i changed couple things in my plan. I am eating and drinking full dairy trying my best to eat every meal or snack protein and carbs in combination with the supplements i am taking every day.

Will bd the night of positive opk, the morning and the night next day. Will use preseed instead of bsf or Bsd and Will stay laying down after bd at least 20 till 30 min or should i try one time to j&D?

I still doubt the influence of Drinking baking soda from AF to O. in the past i bought sodium bicarbonate 100% organic and drinkable.

Wish me luck please! Want to try next month for a babyboy

No J and D for blue swayers!! Please stay down 15-30 minutes if you can.

Just be careful with the baking soda not to get too much. It's your sway, your way, I just want you to be safe.
