I'm not sure these are the best pics for explaining - the techs see a lot more than we do in the ultrasound.

Can you explain what specifically you're confused about?

I understand that, but when you say "I guess it is a boy" are you asking what the techs saw to indicate that, or???

The thing is that since the pics are not super clear we can't really do that and I have to bow to what they saw during the ultrasound since they saw way more than I am able to. :)
