Myinosital powder or capsule? And what brand on Amazon should I order?

Cycle day 45 period got pushed back because vitex....what's the best to take powder form or capsule? I looked on Amazon and there's acouple different ones so?

i prefer Pregnitude which has the powders, for the reason that sometimes herbs are not 100% pure. Pregnitude, since it is a brand name and they have a lot of importance riding upon maintaining the reputation of that brand name, I have a higher level of trust in that they're really selling what they claim that they are.

Sorry to jump into your thread Missymaemar, but does inositol sway? I have some that I experimented with for depression.

It may sway pink but I do not want anyone who does not have PCOS/insulin resistance or more than 30+ lbs to use on it.

We have had bad results when we used it for those who did not need it.

^^and by bad results I mean their fertility plummetted and they couldn't get pregnant.
