All of my sons were conceived by DTD everyday once a day through O.at the time I thought this was frequent but now I realise it's not really.am I right ? So I'm thinking this time to have DH do a 7 day abstinence then one shot for a 3 day cut off and maybe an O+12 but that would be 4 days between which would sway boy...right ? I'm so confused,or would it be best to abstain for 7 thru to +OPK then frequent through O having DH release himself once a day and using the second batch for attempt then controlling PH with acijel or lme TBM.I could have this all wrong.I hope not.wowzers if only somebody else could plan my sway.I'm so indecisive it's untrue.I'm trying to have my plan clear in my head which is difficult when I'm not even sure im understanding and taking the information in correctly.help please !

J1W, I just answered your other thread and you may find that helpful.

Personally, I put next to no stock in timing and science does not support the idea. I think it's all about the frequency which can be found here:
http://genderdreaming.com/forum/showthread.php?5636-frequency-of-BD-for-pink-and-blue

Here is my Shettles timing thread :http://genderdreaming.com/forum/showthread.php?1380-Shettles-method-of-timing

O+12 thread: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/showthread.php?1291-O-12-Part-1-The-History-of-O-12 (this is part one but you will want to read all three) I personally don't like O+12 because I think it's very difficult for people to do, has the potential to raise testosterone in a big way, and very few people actually conceive that way.

I can't plan your sway for you, but I can say that what you need to keep in mind is that swaying isn't a magic bullet, it's a balancing act. For TTC pink, you're trying to gently suppress your overall fertility and that of your DH without rendering yourselves unable to conceive at all. So when you make your sway plan, you need to try to strike a balance between doing as much as you can do to sway, and still being able to get pg. Let me know if you have any more questions!!

are you doing a diet too?
it could be that abstaining with one shot at/around OV will work well for you as that will lower sperm count lots, but still give you a good chance of conceiving each cycle

I will definitely be doing a diet.I'm just not sure which one.I have done the IG diet before for 8 wks and managed well.my problem will be alcohol.I do like to have a few drinks with DH on Fridays.I tend to drink beer with him.if I do diet 100% but drink once a week does that ruin the whole diet effort ? If I soo had to I would give this treat up but reluctantly lol.is alcohol allowed in any of the diets.I know for IG it's a definate no no.I was originally planning MSU but I've ruled that out due to the insufficient evidence that it actually works, meaning xy being attracted to very high PH and vice versa for xx.my PH is maturally low without any effort and I have conceived 5 boys.

Alcohol is allowed on the Low Everything Diet as long as you're in your cals for the day. So light beer!!

I used to drink sugar free alcholic drinks like cruisers when I was having my girls :) Or whiskey with diet cola ;)

I completely agree Just1 - the LE Diet is in the Dream Members section plus a lot of recipes from my cookbook are in there.

It is meant to be a healthy alternative that you can stay on indefinitely without going too mad LOL.
