Yes it does. It helps thin the mucus even the cervical mucus. I used it and saw the difference. I will know on the 6th if it along with other things worked or not. [emoji4]
You just need to make sure that it only has guaifenesin in it as an ingredient.

Mine was Mucinex 12 hours and was an expectorant. It shouldn't be a suppressant.

Hi Skyblue,
Is it fine if it has other inactive ingredients?

Please tell me what the other ingredients are, ladies, and I'll tell you if they are ok.

Guanefesin may sway blue.
Some take from right after AF through 3 days after O; generally I think taking it from 3-5 days before you expect O thru O day is enough but it is totally up to you. It's well tolerated by most people.

Hi Atomic,
It has following ingredients:
Ambroxol
Terbutaline Sulphate
Guaphensin
Please tell me other ingredients are ok or not?

Those should be ok, especially the ambroxol (does the same as guanefesin) but if you can find one without it, even better.

Hi Atomic,av been trying to post/message in the forum but hasn't been able to.
I read April is a cool/rainy month and sways pink. Is there a fact to this? If yes how do I increase my chances in swaying blue this month?
Thanks in bunch

Chomzi did you see I replied to your post in the group you posted them?
The months do not really do much of anything especially in the part of the world in which you live. you are already doing many things to sway blue and I would not worry about the weather.

If one makes EWCM I'd stick with one, but you can take up to 1200 mg daily.
