Hi,
I just found this site and am really impressed by all the support and information. My DH and I had read The Baby Dust method and used that to BD this month. But I am so worried now because my diet is completely mixed. And it feels like there is a lot of conflicting information.
Was my diet and lifestyle pre-BD girl swaying? Did anyone else have a similar lifestyle and diet?
I ate a lot of yogurt, cheese, and ice cream. But I also had a banana and whey protein powder every weekday morning in a smoothie. I generally ate chicken but definitely had some red meat a couple times a month. A staple of my diet is avocados, black beans, portobello mushroom, onions, and garlic. I have those ingredients multiple times a week. My diet is not super low sodium but I don't eat fast food and I don't add salt to anything. But for a while I was having deli turkey at lunch and tortilla chips with dinner. I also have nature valley crunch chocolat granola bars every day.
As for fitness, I walk about 2miles a day as part of my work commute.
For the last 3 years I have also been working out about 25 min a day 4 to 5 days a week. I am on the short side (5'4) and my weight is a classic yoyo from 130 on a bad day to 124 on a great day. Since July I have been focused on trimming up for my sisters wedding and have tried to gain some definition. I did T25 and round 1 of BBG. I lost about 4 pounds and for the last 3 weeks my weight has held exactly the same (124.0).:think:
Does this lifestyle and diet sway anything?:nails:
:fx::fx::pinksperm:
My DH and I will likely only have 1 child and we desperately want a girl. Please help!
