Hello!
I honestly thought my 1st...maybe 2nd attempt would work since it was so easy with my boys. Now I am looking for advice on my sway. We will try again this month but supposedly more boys are conceived in Oct
Sway:
1 attempt 2-4 days prior to O. I had been tracking for months. Also 1 benedryl prior
Dh abstain 7 days, takes OLE.
LE diet. Eating around 9, 12:30, 5. Sometimes just 2 meals but i am small to begin with and cant lose more. Should I be eating more or less carbs in general? What about sugar? I have been eating a lot of white breads, pasta type, bagels, rice etc. Along with veggies. No meat. Avg calories 1500.
Fiber, does this need to be in pill form or can it be fiber " gummies"
60 mins cardio 5-6 days week
2-3 cups coffee, some wine
ions, I know these don't sway but I have everything anyways
Any recommendations? Thank you.

Well, there is a pretty big difference between 2 and 4 days before ovulation, can you pin it down for me any closer than that?

2 days before ov. is a decent chance of conception. 4 days before is terrible and so that right there is something to improve upon.

3 meals is fine on LE Diet. I always ate 3.

If you can't lose any more weight, eat more.

Don't worry about the months, just one little thing and no magic bullet. Got my girl in boy months

Fiber gummies are fine but if you're still losing weight you may want to drop them

in addition to fixing the timing I would drop benadryl OR the abstain, or both. Instead of abstain you can have your husband release every 2-4 days starting right away and continiuing until BFP

Thank you! I think it has been closer to 4 days. I didnt use an opk but had been tracking for several months so use an app to determine. I'll try closer to ovulation next time. Thanks again for the advice! :)

Well, then that's the first thing that needs to change. The apps are pretty unreliable so that's another thing to take into consideration.

Wait! apps are unreliable for ovulation? What should I use, just cycle dates? I have been using glow

Have you tried opks? I thought I knew my cycle through my app but I was wrong! Opks have made me really in tune with my cycles now.

I am not familiar with opks at all- How often are you using them? Also do you use your app at all to track? It sure is a convenient way to see cycle and track bd, but I am open for options!

Yes, terribly unreliable. As are cycle dates. your cycle can change dramatically from month to month.

What we do is use OPK strips to detect the surge that comes about 1-2 days before O occurs.
