Boy or girl predictions?

Hi as you can tell I'm ridiculously impatient. I am so eager to find out if I'm having a boy or a girl I've been looking up theories. Looking at the symptoms I've had it edges towards a boy but im assuming those are just old wives tales. The most positive one seems to be the nub theory however I can't seem to see one on ours. This scan as do e at 12 weeks 5 days. Does anyone have any idea on the gender or nub theory? :)37902

If that's the nub I see, maybe boy since I see stacking. I'm not convinced it's the nub though and may be something else. Don't go by symptoms to predict gender as it's not accurate.
