To dtd or not dtd

I am dtd every 4 days I had an attempt on the 8th (cd14) but today I am having cramps they feel like a pulling in my uterus. I am very regular when it comes to my cycles. Is there a chance I'm ovulating today? Should I have another attempt just in case?

I wouldn't. If you did O today then you'd have two close together attempts. There's no guarantee you're ovulating today anyway, even with the pains.

If yo're doing every 4 days you should just stick with that pattern.
