My plan for today is

lemon water - at least 2L
green tea
Toast with vegemite ( 9 grain bread)
Ryvita with tomato
nut muesli bar
sandwich with ham and tomato
Apple
mandarin
Weetbix

My main thing I think is to try and eat something every hour and also try and eat within 1/2 hr after waking up. I normally have breakfast about 2 hrs after I get up. I usually eat toast for breakfast and then toast for lunch and thats it all day.
So my plan is to eat a variety of foods and eat often.

I don't like green tea so I had an idea, I thought if I make a small amount but let it infuse for a while and get it stronger then I could have it just like a shot and get it down quick. What a bad idea it tasted horrible I washed it down with lemon water.

Is my plan ok ?

Your plans sounds good aswell.
Haven't planned dinner yet.
I need to look up some more good "boy" foods.

What was that wheat grass stuff, to raise PH.
Can u get it in woolies?
I am about to go shopping but there is no health food store where I am going.
Would the supps in my prenatals raise my PH ?

Is the green tea needed? What does that do?

I would like to see you eat a bit more meat and perhaps some eggs. Eggs aren't allowed on IG or FGD but I believe them to be very good for blue because they have cholesterol and are a "perfect" food with virtually all vitamins and minerals in them. I also like Cinss suggestion of tuna - oily fish like tuna or salmon 2X a week will also help your sway. If you don't like the taste, you can use fish oil of course.

Ham is ok, but it has a lot of chemistry in it. Better to have actual meat like a steak or dark meat chicken.

Eating often is great if your stomach can take it!! Looks like that is much more blue-friendly than your usual all toast diet ;) Normally, I say for people to eat protein + carbs at every meal to keep blood sugar levels nice and even, but if you're really eating every single hour, your blood sugar will stay up. What you need to beware is eating something that is just or mostly carbs, like an apple or the Ryvita with tomato, and then waiting several hours before eating again because the carbs will make your blood sugar spike and then drop (altho apple and Ryvita/tom are much better than candy!!)

Green tea is not necessary to conceive a boy. I was drinking green tea when I conceived DS 3 but not any of my other boys.

Wheatgrass is just a very alkalinizing drink. It's really just the leaves of wheat plants, juiced, no secret ingredients or anything. Warning - if you think green tea tastes bad, wheatgrass will surely make you vomit! It's HORRIBLE. I strongly suggest wheatgrass tabs if you are squeamish about stuff.

Prenatals are not so much about the pH (some vitamins make your pH go down, others make it rise) but more about the idea that more nutrients = more boys.

Not sure about woolies but you can from Coles :)

I really like the wheatgrass, but the Green Tea didn't really help me.

I don't know but green tea taste just like regular black tea for me. I drink decaf tea.
Wheatgrass is not so bad at all mix the powder in apple juice ! The it's only have a light grass taste . But it comes in capsules too that's what I have now.

Today has been

weebix with milk
eggs on 9grain bread with tomato sauce
lemon water
folic acid
peanuts

Is it ok to take the folic acid 2 times a day instead of 4.
Maybe take 2 tablets at 11am and 2tabs at 11pm.

I keep forgetting to take them 4 times a day.

I like snacks for blue - 3 meals and 2-4 snacks :agree: If you can, try and have both protein and carbs at every meal and snack, so a snack might be a hardboiled egg and an orange, an apple with 2 T peanut butter, 2 T hummus and carrot sticks, or a handful of almonds and 2 or 3 dates (not ALL these, just one!) It doesn't have to be superhuge, you're just trying to keep your blood sugar up.

The green tea is supposed to raise pH and it's also blocks calcium (some people think).

I think it's good because it has a lot of antioxidants in it and it's good for fertility.
