Can anyone post the cereals they ate as part of the boy diet? There are so many options and I'm sure most are just empty calories and sugar!
Also, did you add any additional protein to the cereal (assuming you are doing the HE diet with carb+protein at each meal).

Hi and Welcome! I didn’t know about swaying with my DS1-2. I always had my cereal as a snack, either after dinner or after breakfast or working out. The cereals I ate were anything by Kashi. I loved their blueberry one and all of the Go Lean protein ones. I also almost always had oatmeal with fruit for breakfast in the mornings.
🤞🏻for you!

I ate a lot of cereal as a snack with DS1 and DS2, mostly ones like Chex or Natures Path (the sunrise one with a bunch of different whole grains in it). I've never been a big fan of oatmeal but I ate a lot of granola with them, especially on top of yogurt. It's good with just some milk and eaten as cereal too.

All cereals sway blue. But you're much better off eating a healthy kind with whole grains and nuts and oats in it and having whole milk on top NOT almond or rice milk.
THe breakfast of Rice Krispies with rice milk on top that Ingender used to recommend is the single worst thing for TTC a boy I've ever seen. Corn flakes and sugar cereal are also not as good.
I got boys eating Total, Granola, Organic Pumpkin Flax (this is kind of granola-y), Cheerios, stuff like that. Like the others say I often had cereal as a snack, much more often than I did for breakfast.
Whether to add more protein on top is largely down to your serving size. If you've had a big bowl (and the serving size on cereal is actually pitiful so it is a lot easier than you think to eat 2-3 servings all at once!) then you don't need any more protein than that, most likely

When I think back to what I ate/did for my IG sway I'm shocked I got pregnant not that I had another girl!! I don't think I've eaten rice krispies since:(

I KNOW - given what I know now about PCOS it actually makes tons of sense that people ended up taking a year to get pregnant because Rice Krispies for breakfast, ramen for lunch is carb city, even if you ate a hamburger for dinner every night. :/

I figured I'd add to this, I had no clue about swaying when I got pregnant with my son, but I used to eat cheerios and this healthy cereals with nuts and oats with regular milk. I'd have a couple bowls a day on top of a really protein/fat packed diet.

Speaking of milk, should we be having organic?

Granola! There's a brand called Alpen that is my absolute favourite, and same as other posters, I would eat it for a snack any time of the day, especially before bed!

It's up to you - I never did and I have 4 boys! Totally up to you if you can get some and it's easy to come by. I would not shell out tons of effort though
