Is this because you're unable to get any more and Atomic advised not to suddenly start then stop? If I were you I'd want to get some more but if that's not an option then I would take both pills every other day.
Just a thought though, you'll still need to take your Folic Acid every day. Do you have FA in a separate pill? If not, I'm not sure this would work.

Yeah it was cause of what she advised.
I don't really want to buy another pack if I don't need to use them. I will swap to pregnancy vitamins if I am pregnant. They should contain folic acid.

Maybe you need enough to see you through to AF/BFP and not just to O because you don't want to suddenly stop taking your FA in the 2ww if you're pregnant - do you have a month's worth, could you start them on cd1?

I would take both capsules every other day (because the fats in the capsules will help your body use some of the nutrients in the vitamin pill.) I actually take vitamins one day on, one day off a lot if I'm almost out of them. It's much better to do that than to take them every day, then stop for awhile, then start up again.
I would rather see you just buy more vitamins because it is never a good idea to quit vitamins cold turkey esp. when TTC. If you're going to switch to some other vitamin after these are gone, that's fine as long as they are about the same dosages on most things and just make sure that you have them on hand to switch to as soon as these are gone, whether you get a BFP or not. I don't want you to be starting and stopping vitamins, it's not good for you.
There is a LOT of magnesium in those pills - I would be careful with them because some people have gotten sick on that level of magnesium. If you get diarrhea while taking them, I would prob try to find a different vitamin.

You need to be taking 2000 mcg as part of your blue sway anyway. The blue diet and some of the supps are very bad for folic acid and it causes it to leach from your body.
Whatever else you do, do NOT start and stop folic acid. Take it constantly.

If you go to the chemist you can get 100 folic acid tablets for $5.00 :) They are called megafol 0.5 just ask the pharmacist they are usually located close to the dispensary counters ;)

There are enough for 28 days and my cycle is 32.
I think I'll just get another box and continue them until i get a BFP then move onto the pregnancy ones.
I'm not sure whats in the pregnancy ones but they are from the same company so I assume they would be similar.
Should I take the folic acid on top of the conceive vitamins?
These are the only supps I will be taking, i stopped the L-arg cause it dried me, and I am hearing EPO can lengthen cycle so I stopped that aswell.

YES most definately, you need another 1500mcg. So if you get the ones I mentioned above, that is 3 of those. They are tiny little pills ;)

Just wondering why they didn't put the full amount needed into the prenatals.

That amount is fine for non swayers. BUT because we are taking high amounts of baking soda, green tea etc these all deplete our body of folic acid.

Agree with everything TTC has to say regarding folic acid!!
Just to elaborate on the risks of the blue diet, when I conceived DS 3 I was not swaying in any way but eating a very boy-friendly diet, altho very high in nutrients it was also the highest sodium level I have ever conceived at and I was also drinking green tea every day. Even tho I was taking 400 mcg of folic every day and getting still more thru diet he still has spina bifida. With my DS 4 I took 4000 mcg (on advice of my doctor) and he does not have spina bifida.
just keep up taking the higher dose of the folic throughout the first trimester and then gradually cut back to just hte amount in your prenatal. Don't quit cold turkey or suddenly reduce the amount you're taking by a drastic amount...do everything gradually, that's best for your baby and your body.

Thank you. I can understand why you push for people to take the folic acid.
