Any recommendations? The men's one a day 50 plus is working out at £20 inc delivery. I have been buying the Zita West Vitamen, but it's also £15
Ideally it would have low iron content, 0 iron would be great.

Thanks

The centrum men's over 50 is good too. :agree:

One of the things I like about the men's over 50 is that often they have very little iron in them since older men do not need much iron.

Zita West kind is ok, I don't love the megadoses of nutrients in them but they do have some good additions like carnitine so he wouldn't need those.

Would these be ok for Dh and dw?

Had a look, and if I buy a cheaper multi, then the carnitine and arginine ends up more expensive than the zita west one he's using so I'll have to just stick with it.
Is the one above ok for me??

Yes!

Totally makes sense for DH, as well.

Just noticed that the multibionta (above) has 10million biotic cultures in it. Would I need to take more? Isn't it supposed to be in the billions? Or would that be ok plus a yogurt?

No, it's fine. Anything is better than nothing.

I was already taking a separate one, was afraid it would be too much?
