Questions about Girl sway plan

Hello! Not sure if this is the correct spot to ask this? I received my girl sway plan but I'm confused. It says to eat 2,000 calories with 50-60 fats and protein. I'm scared that I'll gain alot of weight that will sway boy. I recently lost 10 lbs on the keto diet but that diet aways boy so I have no idea where to start and what to eat? Also my plan says to eat meals and snacks but then in the same plans says only meals. I said that I may have blood sugar issues but I've never actually been diagnosed. Just overwhelmed by all the info. Do in need to buy strips to track OPK and what brand ? What else can I utilize through this plan? For some reason I thought it included more in regards to the diet. Feel like i dont have enough time to get this all sorted to try for Nov/Dec conception. Thank You!

If you ask your questions underneath where your plan is posted (just reply to that) I'll be able to get back to you faster. I check that forum first and then repeatedly over the whole day. I don't always check these free forums and will not be able to guarantee the immediate response that you should have as a Custom Swayer!

I recall making your plan a little differently because of your dietary needs. I'm going to have to take a look at what I put in there to give you further explanation.

I do not want you to lose any weight.

We have found that people cannot/will not stick to custom diets that I make for them (and if I were to make them, I'd have to charge hundreds of dollars and only be able to help like 2-3 people at one time.) We have found it best for me to work with you one on one as your coach to help YOU come up with things that you are familiar with, eat normally, and already have on hand that will help you with your diet.

There is plenty of time between now and Nov. I suspect we'll have it ironed out by the end of the week. :)
