Hi, I hope to ttc in Nov or Dec, and am swaying blue.
What exercise should I do?
Generally I run 5km 2-3 times per week and do a "modified strongwoman" class once per week. I have started doing a "bands and barbells" class once per week also.
Is this too much or too little?!
