I definitely feel like I've become the most annoying person in these forums with my a million and one questions, and atomic is always so helpful and so nice along with everyone else on here who have given input on my posts.
It feels great to be able to come on here and talk with other moms or women ttc.
Some days I feel really really good about my sway, I feel so proud and just feel like I'm doing a great job and others I feel like I blew it 150%, does anyone else feel like that?

I guarantee you the most annoying person on the forums is me, lol

But yes, this is a SUPER normal thought process on here, and there's definitely people who felt this way about sways already done, too!! The important thing to remember is that you can't really 150% blow a sway since you always have a chance at your DG!

I empathize though completely.

Glad to know I'm not the only one!

With my son I had a very by the book boy sway, without even knowing it!
This time I feel like I get into the swing of it, and then realize I've been making dumb mistakes and over thinking it!
Thank you for commenting, it's nice knowing people understand, makes me feel so much better about this whole situation!:)

I'm pregnant now (7 weeks) and I keep going back over my sway in my head beating myself up and thinking about what I could have done better etc!
The thing I worry about is the fact I am moving house and it's been so stressful! I have ocd and really tried to not become completely obsessed with swaying, was hard but it can become all consuming!
All we can do is try our best and know that we did everything we could at the time!
Also find this forum so supportive and feel great comfort that there's so many woman who understand my emotions as I can't talk about them in real life to anyone! Xx

Congrats on your BFP! I think if that is your only worry, then you’re fine! I too have OCD tendencies and worried about the stress I was under with my DS2 needing surgery. I got a girl and hope you do too!

Me!!!! We're going to do our 1 attempt tonight and I'm totally concerned I haven't done enough :( I had a miscarriage in August and when I got BFP then I was sure I hadn't done enough too!! I've now been swaying for 7 months, have lost almost 40 lbs, am doing mostly 5 days/week of cardio, have had a recent miscarriage, am drinking lots of coffee and alcohol, and am on my first cycle of Clomid... and I STILL feel so nervous!!! Mainly I see how strict some people on here are with the diet - in terms of what they are eating, how often, and I don't feel like mine has measured up to that. That said, it seems like I've seen several super strict diets on here result in failed sways while more relaxed ones have resulted in girls... So, it's just never a sure thing no matter what you do, and I think that's the thing - the fact that there are just elements that I can't control that make me the most nervous. :)

Hang in there though. I'm sure you're doing great!

Congratulations on your BFP! I have not started trying and am already criticizing my sway constantly! My sway has definitely become all consuming also and that's the one thing that has really been bothering me as well! Although I'm sure plenty of women conceived girls even while being super stressed out, we are not perfect and can only do the best that we can! Hoping all worked out for you with your sway!:)

I am so very sorry to hear about your misscariage, :( I honestly don't even have the words!
Just from what you have written I feel like you have a pretty strong sway! You're totally right, I've been seeing some people's sway (like the ones who got their girl) and I just think oh there's no way my sway even compares, I'm totally not going to get my girl! But then I think about all the women who have no idea what swaying even is getting girls. It's so hard not knowing and trying your best in hopes of the result you want, it's very stressful!
I hope your sway works for you! Best of luck:)

When I swayed in 2014 I felt exactly like you. I was so concerned that I would do something wrong and it would completely ruin my sway. The feeling got worse after my BFP and leading up to my ultrasound. I tried to relax, telling myself that the baby already was what it was going to be, and that no amount of worry would change things, but it was still difficult. So, I totally understand your feelings.
Despite that I will still say Congrats on your BFP, and try to relax and enjoy this time as much as you can!

People who are starving themselves and miserable are doing the diet WRONG, not right. Never compare to them.

It's so nerve wrecking knowing what you want, and hoping that you are doing enough to help make that happen! I'm hoping for this sway to work as it may be my last child:( so very stressful! Thank you for your response, so happy your sway worked out for you!!:)
