Hi ladies,
I'm swaying blue and got my BFP last week. I know some supplements you are suppose to wean off of once you get your BFP, so just looking for some advice.

I'm currently taking:

Garden of Life prenatal vitamins (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
B Complex (lunch)
B12 x 1000 mcg (before bed)
Folic Acid x 1000 mcg (before bed)
Vitamin D 1000 IU 25 mcg (before bed)

Obviously I'll continue with the prenatals, but wondering if I should continue with the others, and how to go about doing it (stopping cold turkey or weaning off).

Please let me know! Thanks in advance for any advice!

Continue them all to end of the first trimester and then wean off the B's and the folic gradually by spacing doses further and further out till down to one per week, then you can drop. This process should take about 3-4 weeks. Do NOT be tempted to continue the B complex, B12, and folic all thru pregnancy. You need to come off them at end of first trimester, just don't drop cold turkey, wean off them.

Continue Vit. D and prenatal thru whole pregnancy.

And also probiotics are a great choice!
